Siemens VDO new fuel injector production line put into production in Changchun

On September 5th, Siemens VDO Automotive (Changchun) Co., Ltd. new DEKA VII fuel injector production line was put into operation in Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone. Vice Governor Chen Weigen attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Chen Weigen said that the DEKA VII injector that was put into production today is the first new product in the second phase of Siemens' capital increase and expansion plan. This product is the world's most technologically advanced fuel injector product. It is the first production in Asia. After the production, it has an added output value of 179 million yuan. After the successful demolition of the DEKA VII injector, Siemens VDO Automotive Electronics (Changchun) Co., Ltd. will gradually accelerate the implementation of the second phase of the capital increase and expansion plan, and on the basis of expanding the scale of research and development, continue to develop and produce tire pressure controllers, new New products such as body electronics and motorcycle point control units will achieve the development goal of 6 billion yuan per year as soon as possible. This is of great significance for further developing and strengthening the automobile industry in Jilin Province, consolidating the dominant position of the automobile industry in the country, and building Jilin Province into the largest and most powerful and internationally competitive automobile industry base in China. As the key project of Jilin Province, the second phase of the capital increase and expansion project of Siemens will be highly valued and fully supported by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.

The new DEKA VII injector is the latest generation of injectors developed by Siemens VDO, with the industry's best performance and Siemens VDO's patented "A side atomization". Four years ago, Siemens VDO first launched the DEKA VII injector in Europe and North America. Thanks to its extremely high performance-price ratio, this product has greatly increased the market share of Siemens VDO in the gasoline engine fuel injection system. The injectors produced in China in the future will be supplied to both China and the entire Asia Pacific region.
